Driver’s license verification comes first.
The driver selects Upload Driver ID, then Take Photo or Choose File. The submitted ID awaits dispatcher review. The captured assignment screen keeps pickup steps and VIN scanning locked until the driver’s identity is approved.
Verification method: dispatcher review of the uploaded ID. Pickup PIN authorization is a separate decision.
